BlueStar

BlueStar is a commercial real estate market intelligence platform. You bring the properties you are looking at, and BlueStar gives you the market context and the underwriting numbers in one place.

Everything is scoped to an organization. Your team sees the same properties and the same analysis; nothing crosses between organizations.

Getting started

1. Go to the BlueStar app and sign in.
2. Open Properties and pick a property.
3. From a property, Market Analysis shows the surrounding market and Underwriting shows the return calculations.

Connect an AI agent

BlueStar exposes your organization's data over the Model Context Protocol, so an AI client reads it directly instead of you copying numbers out of the app. Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Claude.ai, ChatGPT, Cursor, and VS Code are the clients with written instructions today.

Sign in and open Settings → Agents. That tab shows the endpoint URL and the steps for each client.

Every client connects the same way. The client registers itself, you sign in, you pick which organization it may read, and you allow it on the consent screen. Until you allow it, the client sees nothing.
